Documents Included

The following documents are included in our Panama Offshore Corporation Package:

1. The original copy of the public deed issued by Notary Public of Panama, whereby is notarized the Articles of Incorporation, duly authenticated by Apostille.
2. Official translation into english language of the Articles of Incorporation duly authenticated by Apostille.
3. Original Certification of Incorporation issued by the Panama Public Registry, stating that the corporation is in good standing, duly authenticated by Apostille and with its official English translation.
4. One (1) or Two (2) certificates of shares.
5. Two (2) Assignments of subscription of shares.
6. Initial Minutes.
7. Official government receipt for the first annual franchise tax payment.

When Nominee Directors are appointed, in addition we shall include the following documents:

1. Power of attorney in English or Spanish, issued by the Board of Directors, duly notarized and authenticated by Apostille.
2. Tree (3) pre-signed letters of resignation of each one of the members of the Board of Directors.
