Incorporation Costs
Our
total cost for the incorporation of a company in Panama, including the
Articles of Incorporation, the Certificate of Good Standing and its respective translations into English language, all documents
duly authenticated and delivery in your office is US$850.00.
This cost includes expenses such
as:

+ Nominee Directors Services:
Our office can appoint the three
Directors/Officers
required by Law, in this case there shall be an additional charge of US$300.00 (US$100.00 for
each Director appointed).
+ General Power of Attorney:
When using a Nominee Board of
Directors you will require a General Power
of Attorney in order to control and act on behalf the corporation. In this
case, we suggest to issue this document through a separate document, duly sealed by a Notary Public and
authenticated by Apostille. Said Power of
attorney will grant you power to open bank accounts, sign contracts or make
any other business activities in behalf of the corporation.
There is an additional charge of
US$100.00. for this document.

In order for us to proceed with the incorporation, you must provide the
following:

of the corporation in order of preference. |

the Director / President, Secretary
and Treasurer.

ID or Passport Copy
of the Directors / Officers. (if you are going to appoint them) |

Your courier address
and phone number where corporate documents shall be sent. |

If using Nominee
Directors, the name and passport copy for our private files of the
person that will be appointed for the general power of attorney. |

Inform if you require
the corporation shares issued in nominative form or to the bearer form. |

To transfer the
cost for the incorporation of the company to our Bank Account. The
payment can be made also with Visa or MasterCard credit cards or Western
Union.

Procedures
Time Frame:
Once we receive the confirmation
that the funds were transferred to our account, we will send you the corporate
documents by courier in approximately five business days.
