• Costos para la constitución de una Fundación: ahora es de US$350 (antes de $ 250).
• Renovación de la tasa unica anual para una Fundación : ahora es de US$400 (antes de US$ 300)
• Costos para la constitución de una Sociedad: ahora es de US$300 (antes de US$ 250)
• Renovación de la tasa unica anual para una Sociedad: permanece en US$300.00

Multa por retraso en los pagos para las Fundaciones:
La falta de pago a tiempo de la tasa unica anual, en dos (2) períodos consecutivos causará una sanción de US$300 para las Fundaciones de Interés Privado y las Sociedades.

  • Public Registry costs for the incorporation of a Private Interest Foundation: now US$350 (before $250).
  • Renewal of the annual franchise tax for a Foundation :  now US$400 (before $300)
  • Public Registry costs for the incorporation of a Company: now US$300 (before $250)
  • Renewal of the annual franchise tax for a Company :  remains  in US$300

Penalty for late payments increased for the Corporations and Foundations:
The failure to pay on time the annual franchise tax, in two (2) consecutive periods, will cause a penalty of US$300.
